Gloria Jean H. Waber has worked with the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Bad Check Restitution program for four-and-a-half years.  The diversion program has been able to recover $4.5 million in restitution for businesses during this time. She has worked in both the corporate and non-profit sectors with over 20 years of experience in public relations, marketing, community relations and investor relations for a Fortune 500 company.  She also has experience interacting with governmental agencies and law enforcement in order to assist companies on how to benefit from these partnerships.  She is a graduate of De Paul University and Roosevelt University, and is a Chicago native.
 
 
Special Agent Andy Staley, United States Secret Service, is assigned to the Chicago Field Office as part of the counterfeit squad and will bring counterfeit money samples to show.  He is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and the Southern Illinois University School of Law.
