How business is using different models to support the information technology. In simpler terms, all the things a business person uses from phone (desk and mobile), computer, websites, copiers and network appliances all require support. Who supports those tools and what are the costs: soft and hard.
Some examples of a managed service people use include a phone provider, desktop or server support, application support, hosted applications and more.
